ALPHARETTA, GA — BluePenguin has promoted Adam McDaniel to President and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) because of his experience in helping companies use investor capital to feed growth and scale.

BluePenguin has promoted Adam McDaniel to President and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). In this role, McDaniel will help define and implement the growth strategy for BluePenguin, spearheading the organization’s expansion through key strategic partnerships and M&A.

Because of McDaniel’s experience in entrepreneurship, plus his strong background in finance and business management, BluePenguin CEO, Steve Boyer, sees this as a natural shift for the company.

“Adam is a serial entrepreneur, having successfully grown and handled M&A for many companies some which he founded,” said Boyer. “We’re serious about scaling and leveraging investor capital to increase valuation at BluePenguin, so we’ve selected a president with experience doing that.”

Previously, McDaniel has held various leadership roles across finance and technology, including co-founding The Acceleration Group — a fintech company catering to the crafts spirits industry — and Twenty-Two Enterprises. Throughout his diverse work experience, he’s grown his leadership and entrepreneurial skills while helping his companies use investor capital to bring in new opportunities that feed scale.
